While waiting for Bryan to return I was greeted by Marc Alexander who took me around and showed me the cars that I was interested in. I was looking to get the new CLA but they did not have the exact one I wanted in inventory. Bryan called me a couple of days later and told me they would have one with in two weeks. 10 days later I am in my brand new CLA. The one thing that irritated me about this experience is that, 2 days after taking delivery of the car, a truck whizzed by and threw up a stone, putting a nice size ding in the hood. PPMC did a good job of promptly reparing the damage but then they charged me $97.50 for doing it in spite of the fact that I had bought the ding protection. "That's just for the doors", was the explanation. To me a ding is a ding regardless of where it is. It wasn't so much the money as it was the principle. This is my first experience with PPMC when customer satisfaction didn't appear to be paramount. More
