I have been driving BMW's for the past 15 yrs. While searching for a new car, first place I went was BMW, terrible service, a sales person who didn't really know the car very well. They continued to email me with better offers. My best friends husband is a car guy and offered to go with me, while he was doing some online research, he emailed a picture of the C250 to me. It perked my interest, I've always wanted a Mercedes so that Sat, he set up an apt with Michael Green. His son has an S series. My experience at the dealership was fantastic ! Michael was friendly, well versed and I never felt rushed or pressured. When I decided to lease (which I have never done), after a little negotiating with my car, I found a payment I was comfortable with. My experience with Robert in finance was also great, he is very efficient but friendly and gave me every assurance that I would be approved. The dealership itself is beautiful, well laid out, comfortable, clean and welcoming, unlike the BMW dealership across the street. I came back on Sat for delivery of the car and experienced the car wash area, attendants were friendly and engaging. All in all a great experience and I LOVE the car ! More

On top of that, the price was extremely fair. The experience was easy and comfortable, and the team went the extra mile with new floor mats, etc. They have also followed up a number of times to make sure we were happy with the car, and to check up to make sure the one service item we needed was done properly.
