Both Hesham and Ken exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend both of these gentlemen. Hesham, the General Manager of this amazing new facility, spent so much time answering emails to help us find the perfect vehicle with the options that we wanted. Ken spent time explaining vehicle protection plans and extended warranties, called us numerous times to see if we were enjoying the vehicle and to see if we had any questions. Ken even sent a picture of our new vehicle as soon as it arrived into their dealership and went out of his way to offer several convenient options to get our vehicle down to Houston.
