When we first looked on the internet for the car, Ken and even the dealer GM responded via email. On arriving at the dealer, we were warmly greeted by the very helpful receptionist. Ken came to greet us. We started talking about what we were looking for. Ken helped us decide on the right car for us. Our trade-in was evaluated. We took a test drive and loved the GLC300 While we were talking about the car, the GM came over to personally greet us and than us for coming in. We agreed on the deal. We had some paperwork to do on the trade-in as it was from our son in Arizona. They told us what we needed to do to get a TX title only so it could be traded in. The transaction was so properly handled with no pressure. Could not have had a better experience. We highly recommend this dealer and Ken Erwin. Fair, no pressure selling! More
