Christopher Rodriguez, The Rudest Okay, where should I begin?.. I sent my cousin to pickup my car from the service center this afternoon, So I thought why not get a trade in value s Okay, where should I begin?.. I sent my cousin to pickup my car from the service center this afternoon, So I thought why not get a trade in value since I've been considering an upgrade from my CLS550 to a G63 or a CLS63. I spoke with the gentlemen ( at this point Im not sure he deserves to be called one) and asked him to appraise my vehicle. The first thing he asks me, Is what vehicle I may have in mind, So I said to the man, I wanted a CLS63 or G63 PRE OWNED. He immediately told me to go to CARMAX because he didn't have any available at the Arlington Park Place location. So, I told the man, Im sure you would have one of the two cars at another location, (being a vendor for Park Place, I know they have 15 Locations in the state of Texas, atleast 3/4 of them are within a 50 mile radius) So the gentlemen answers me with " No sir we don't you should go to CARMAX and get this appraised and probably find the car your looking for" So I asked... Can you check the Park Place Inventory? and he said "No I'm restricted to what I have on my lot" I told the man that did not make any sense, because from experience in the past, Ive visited a location of Park Place and when they didn't have what I wanted, they would GLADLY take me to another location that did, and would have the courtesy of introducing me to the sales rep and everything. In other words, They would make sure I was in good hands, at the least it would be in one of THEIR locations, not a CARMAX Location. At this point, I was in shock, what kind of dealership refers you to CARMAX for a car they CERTAINLY have at one of their 15 locations? Even after all this, I called my cousin back and asked him to go to the dealership and explore other cars available in their inventory to see if there was anything else I might be interested in. The man had went and said to go to CARMAX or someplace else since they "didn't have what I was looking for". Even though I was open to other options besides the G63 and CLS63, which my cousin explicitly stated him, he rudely replied to my cousin "you just told me what you were looking for". Just overall a terrible experience, lots of attitude and disrespect. Bt what can I do about it beyond this review? Atlas the rest of this dealership isn't like Christopher Rodriguez. Im sure there are employees with respect and care for their customers. Thank you for reading! More

I wanted to work with someone knowledgable, down to earth, and professional and not to offend anyone but high end dealerships are known for arrogant and pushy salesmen. As I was waiting to meet with Marco, I could tell from the clients walking in that I was out of place but Marco Lopez made sure to treat me with respect and made the process easy and simple! He was very responsive, excellent customer service, and professional. I felt like I could easily ask him any questions and he clearly outlined all steps in the process.
