Neither of us in the vehicle sustained even a scratch from that horrific accident. That made believers out of both of us that Lexus IS the safest car on the road. I wasn’t going into Park Place Lexus to buy a car so quickly, but I fell in love with the Nx300 & heard so many good things that I was sold after the test drive. My particular sales manager Gabriel Delgado was wonderful because he never pressured me to buy, but rather did everything in his power to get me into the exact car at the exact price that I wanted. I felt like he was on my side and not trying to swindle or mislead me like so many car buying experiences in the past. He also has been readily available with any questions I’ve had after buying the car. I will definitely use him & stick with Lexus from here on out! More
