From the beginning Kelli Hansen was honest and transparent with us. There wasn't any of this back and forth "let me go ask my manager" stuff most dealerships give you. I was referred to Herb Simonson by my golf buddy because of his repeated service by this salesman at Park Place. I have been a long term customer ( 2 Lexus purchases) through another dealership whom I was of his repeated service by this salesman at Park Place. I have been a long term customer ( 2 Lexus purchases) through another dealership whom I was completely happy but decided to call Herb because of my friends enthusiasm about his experience with Herb. Amazing experience! Found a pre-certified car on our first meeting. It was still in the garage for a recall item but Herb took pictures of the car and presented them and with his assurance I decided to make the commitment! Sadly he had to stay a little late both days -with never a skipped beat in his enthusiasm or professionalism. His easy manner and expertise gave both myself and my husband confidence that we had made the right decision. Herb showed us our options and helped us work thru decision items without any sign of pressure or urgency in our decision making. This was very comforting to us especially since Herb knew I had been in an accident and my car was totaled. Already also had my first service too because I brought the car back the day after pick up for a windshield warranty application and also had an amazing experience with my service manager Alejandro! If these 2 gentlemen are true representation of the customer service that can be expected at Park Place Lexus then I know I will be a long term - repeat customer at Park Place Lexus for life! More

He didn't rush me into a decision, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very patient. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Not sure what to think. I thought the world of this place for many years, have been very loyal and bought many cars from them. Sales is good but my issue is with service. I bought a used car for the firs for many years, have been very loyal and bought many cars from them. Sales is good but my issue is with service. I bought a used car for the first time since it was a third car and was told it was a fantastic deal. It was great for a few months then my son started driving it. I don’t use all the features but he does and he noticed the cruise control wasn’t working. We asked them to check it out at the next service. They then gave the car back saying the cruise was working as it should. I got back and my son checked and again it has the same problem. I was told to take it in again so I did. Then after a day I was told that it had the wrong bumper and logo and so the radar cruise control wouldn’t work with it. Ummmm...then WHY was I told it was “working as it should”?? Not only this but I found out the car had many third party parts put in that I was not told about. I took the risk of buying a used one so I could have swallowed that but having the service department lie to me that it worked as it should is what really alarmed me. The service department manager was quite gruff with me when I wanted an answer and basically laughed in my face when I said that kind of thing is a safety concern. I talked to the owner too. He was nice enough on the phone but when I told him that I never got a proper response about why I was lied to. He did get the service manager to call me back and he proceeded to just say they were really busy and they must have just mistakenly said that. That’s their response?? I’m sure the owner just told him to tell me something to back off. I didn’t bother to pursue it but honestly I think that was very crappy, irresponsible and dangerous. I can never trust them again. They should have shown way more concern for such a big mistake Instead of basically shoo-ing me away. Very disappointing for such a large company. More
Dean was exceptional in Customer Service. He went above and beyond to help us during our visit. We were particularly upset about the Assistant Service Manager Rolland Ismert who was very rude and slightly and beyond to help us during our visit. We expressed our disappointment to Dean for the less than expected customer service we received from Rolland Ismert. Dean McCaskill accommodate us as far as coming early to pick up the car. He went above and beyond to explain to me some details about the car which I was not aware of since I have the car for 1 year now. We were so upset by Mr Rolland Ismert bad customer service that we were considering moving to a different company. Fortunately, Dean exceptional Customer Service make us rethink our decision. I would highly recommend him as Sales representative. More
