Honoestly, I am a BMW girl who owned 2 in the past from classic BMW and I never thought I would ended up driving a Lexus. Brian truly opened my eyes to see the quality of a Lexus and made me feel very special to drive one. I ended up traded my BMW 530I for a GS350 fully equiped. It was my first time to visit and to buy a Lexus car at Park Place Lexus at Plano. I only intended to look at their selection of pre-owned models and at what prices. She spent extra time briefing me on all the available on-site facility for maintenance and service. The financing process went reasonably quick as well that I left the dealership a few minutes once the price was agreed. I waited about 2 weeks after purchasing this vehicle before providing this review. I can still say I love the driving comfort, quality of handling and overall feel of this vehicle and no concerns to report. I showed up after hours at Park Place after a negative interaction with a sales person at another dealership. My intentions were to walk the lot on my own to see if I could find something that would bring interaction with a sales person at another dealership. He was there to educate me on my options and find the best deal for my wants and needs so I could drive off in a perfect little IS 250.
