I originally saw the truck through an online auction and was immediately in contact with Mark. After I expressed interest via email we talked on the phone where Mark was extremely informative and honest and was immediately in contact with Mark. I'm from Canada and was not exactly sure how complicated exporting a vehicle from the US would be, but Mark was very knowledgeable and walked me through what the process would be. It was made very clear to me of any imperfections the truck may have so there would be no surprises. After we made a deal Mark immediately fed ex'd me all of the necessary paperwork and very clear instructions of how to complete the transaction, which arrived the next day. The only issue now was shipping. Mark sent me a list of numerous shipping companies that could get this done. I tried to make my own arrangements through a Canadian company which was a huge mistake. There ended up being a three week delay without the truck ever getting picked up from the dealership. Mark was extremely patient about this and let me know they had no problem storing the truck on their lot until arrangements were made. I ended up flying into Dallas to pick up the truck myself. Mark sent me a detailed email walking me through where to go from the airport and a list on hotels with their contact information to stay at. He told me to take a cab from the hotel to the dealership the next day and even reimbursed me for the entire cab fare even though it was almost an hour drive! The dealership is beautiful and mark immediately offered me a coffee and we took the truck for a test drive. Not to mention Mark came in on his day off to meet me. The description Mark gave me over the phone prior to purchase about the way the truck drove, the power, the handling, the ride, was very accurate. Mark had taken care of the permit for the truck so I was able to drive the truck away right away. I had an excellent experience. I would never hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and it was a treat to deal with Mark through the whole process. More

My wife and I stopped by Park Place a few weeks ago and met Anish Rajput. From the moment we met Anish we were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy he displayed. No pushy or high pressure sales tactics here and we really appreciated that. We both left commenting to each other that when the time did come we would definitely want to go back to Anish. A few weeks had passed and I saw a certified pre-owned RX400h that caught our eye posted online. I picked up the phone can called Anish and he walked me through options and pricing. That night I brought in our car for our trade in and we made the deal. I am stubborn when it comes to vehicle purchase pricing and I really appreciated Anish listening to my concerns and taking back various offers to his Sales Manger and even fulfilling my request to speak to the Sales Manger in person. At the end we came to an agreed upon price and we purchased our first Lexus. I can tell you that for all future Lexus purchases Anish and Park Place Lexus have made us a customer for life. Pat went out of his way to help us with our decision. The car that we purchased was presented to us with a like new detail. Both of our Lexus cars have met all of our expectations. Pat was especially helpful with the car instructions/orientation at purchase. I left the dealership with excellent knowledge of the car and its operation. He also set up the bluetooth in a flash. Pat was a nice blend of helpful but not pushy. I will seek him out on my next car purchase and recommend him to other friends. You cannot beat the customer service that is offered at Park Place. We were in the investigative stage of looking for a replacement for our 2000 RX300 which we had purchased at Park Place eleven years before. Having checked out all the other makes of comparable SUVs (F replacement for our 2000 RX300 which we had purchased at Park Place eleven years before. Having checked out all the other makes of comparable SUVs (Ford, Lincoln, Cadillac, Buick-NOT BMW or other European) we saved PP for last. The RX300 only had 73k miles and we did NOT have to replace it. John Pak met us in the showroom and covered all aspects of the GX460. After the test drive we were basically sold on the vehicle and sat down with John to see what kind of deal could be made; after a little time we arrived on a price for a vehicle that would have to be brought in from out of town. Since it wasn't our first choice of color/interior John kept looking and found one exactly as we wanted, but with a couple of options we didn't want. In the end John and PP threw those items in at the price of the other vehicle and we had a deal. John was so personable and low key that we felt extremely comfortable working with him for the short period of time it took to get the deal done--made us feel like we were valued customers and that PP really wanted our business. This is the first time in over 45+ yrs of owning cars that we returned to the same dealership to buy the same brand of vehicle-that in itself speaks highest for the quality of the Lexus brand and Park Place. John Pak was responsible for that. When we brought the GX460 home we noticed a couple of small but noticable scratches in the interior which, when we returned two days later, John immediately assured us would be fixed like new. This is why we placed our trust in John Pak and the entire Park Place team. As an aside, we always had the RX serviced at PP and we purchased an extended warranty for the GX and intend to have it serviced there as well. More
