Went to dinner Friday evening with a very close friend when my wife and I mention that we were extremely interested buying a new Lexus CT 200h. She mention Park Place Lexus and Robert Gabriel would give when my wife and I mention that we were extremely interested buying a new Lexus CT 200h. She mention Park Place Lexus and Robert Gabriel would give us a great deal. Later that night she txt'd me Robert's e-mail address, I sent him an e-mail describing the deal and condition of my trade-in. Robert responded late that night and called me at 9:10 Saturday morning. Fifty minutes later we had a deal. He gave me a great deal on the car, my trade-in and made me feel that I had friend at Park Place Lexus. He is even going to deliver the car to my home in The Woodlands (outside of Houston) and pick up my trade in. He has truly exceeded my expectations!!! More

I have been a customer at Park Place Lexus since 1998, and the reasons I keep going back are customer service, atmosphere, and the overall buying experience. My past two purchase experiences have been with Brian Safianow as my consultant. Brian is personable, genuine, friendly, and caring about his clients. His product knowledge is encylopedic, and he goes above and beyond to make his client a satisfied customer. He took the time to go over every inch of the car with me, and made sure I understood everything about it before I left. When I got confused about something in the navigation system controls, he not only walked me through everything I needed to do, but got in a similar car and followed along with me to make sure he was telling me exactly what I needed to do! This is a good example of why I continue to be a Park Place Lexus customer -- their client care AFTER THE SALE. Calling to make sure I am enjoying the car. Calling to make sure I remember when my service is due, and more. With employees like Brian Safianow and everyone I have met on the Park Place Lexus team, I can't imagine a better car purchasing experience (and subsequent service visits, etc.) anywhere. More

We recently had a pleasant experience with a car purchase at Park Place (pre-owned). Eric, Kelly and Nicole all helped to make it a smooth and easy transaction. We did not feel pressured, and were able to make a decision at our own pace. After all the forms were signed and completed and it was time to get the keys, Eric must have spent an hour to go over all the controls and features that the car has (an impressive list, I might add), patiently explaining and demonstrating each one of them. Earlier, when he spotted a damaged floor mat overlooked by us, he promptly provided a new set as replacement. We appreciate the friendliness and professionalism. More

I knew immediately that I wanted to do business with Park Place. Jimmy Bryan, my sales consultant, was the absolute best. He made me feel as if I was the only customer in the world and that my business was important to him and to the dealership. Jimmy's gracious demeanor and confidence made the whole experience flawless. Actually, it was fun and we enjoyed a lot of laughs. I knew I had made a friend. Having many friends who own Lexus vehicles, I knew even before I visited Park Place Lexus that the product is the best in the industry. What I didn't know was that I would be treated like royalty in this dealership. I don't think that better customer service could exist. I have always dreaded taking my car into a dealership for service . . . not so ever again. I will be a Park Place customer from now on. My banker was even so impressed over how Park Place handled the whole process with me that he plans to do business with them very soon. More
Simply no comparison between Park Place and almost all other dealerships in Dallas. Very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Pleasant shopping experience. Jimmy Bryan, sales consultant, did a great job helping me find just the car I wanted. It took a few days to get the exact car I picked out from another dealership. When it was ready for pick up, Jimmy eve me find just the car I wanted. It took a few days to get the exact car I picked out from another dealership. He was not in a hurry and took all the time we needed that day. We are a two Lexus family and Jeff Cole has been our service consultant for a few years and he is outstanding so we will continue to come to him for our service. More
My sales consultant, Roger Burton is the best. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him and the experience could not have been better. He found the exact car that I wanted to upgrade from a 20 the second vehicle I have purchased from him and the experience could not have been better. He found the exact car that I wanted to upgrade from a 2007 IS to a larger ES with all the bells and whistles that I asked for, including the price!
