I had searched for a Madador Red Mica Lexus RX 350 and had visited other dealerships that did not have this color nor did they act like they wanted to find one for me. Jimmy Bryan sold my wife a new Red RX350 and it was delivered right after the first of the year. We went back in to get the license plares and I saw a new blue IS250 sitting on the showroom floor on T delivered right after the first of the year. Chris Brunner's name was given to me as a referral from a friend. I had been shopping on line for a Lexus ES350 for several months. Set an appointment with Chris and arrived @ Park Place Lexus before New Yea friend. I had been shopping on line for a Lexus ES350 for several months. Set an appointment with Chris and arrived @ Park Place Lexus before New Year's. (I live 120 miles away) Was immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist and only was a very few minutes before I met Chris. He directed me to one of his top Sales & Leasing professionals, Jimmy Bryan. Jimmy did an outstanding and professional job in all areas...from test driving to giving me more information regarding the overall performance and features of the ES350 to follow up after the sale. I will tell you that I am not really crazy about going through the hassel of a new car purchase. That being said, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have encountered. It is obvious that Park Place Lexus is focused on customer service from the minute you enter the dealership. I didn't get passed around from person to person and Jimmy didn't have those "mysterious" trips back and forth to arrive at my price. I understand the dealership has to make money and all most of us really want is a fair deal and not discover later that we got "taken to the cleaners" on pricing. Jimmy has followed up with me since my purchase and I am confident that, whenever I need service or have questions, they will be responsive and helpful. As far as the product and pricing- I feel I have made a good decision with the purchase of an outstanding product (new ES350) which will be reliable and hold resale value. I am in sales and am frequently on the road and I must have a dependable vehicle. As far as pricing, I know I received a fair price as I had done my homework. And, as I previously said, my service was and is outstanding. I would reccomend Park Place to any of my friends or clients. More
