I have always owned a BMW. In fact, the last time I bought a car was in 2004. I had never driven a Lexus much less understood the difference between models. I was looking for was a pre-owned, one owner, well priced car with some type of warranty to support the purchase. Jeff understood my needs and then introduced me to Lexus based on my description of what I wanted. We test drove cars and he explained the difference in models and knew all the important features of the cars. In addition, we established a rapport that resulted in a level of trust. It was important to me to feel good about the individual that I would make this decision with and I could not have been more lucky than to have Jeff as my representative. Each step of the buying process was enjoyable and done with great integrity and focus on meeting my goals. The trust in knowing that I was being delivered a quality car that had passed the Lexus standards and the competitive rates for financing, just made my decision easy. It was a turn key experience, as I also traded my very old BMW as part of the deal. I was greeted as I walked in the door, all my questions were answered, and there was no pressure sales tactics. I also wanted to take the vehicle for my own inspection, and they had no problems allowing me to do that (the inspection checked out just fine, by the way).
