The vehicle purchase process always takes longer than I wish it did, but that was no fault of Anish and I guess it is to be expected given that it is a fairly large $ expenditure! Anish was very accommodating while we were waiting and did a fabulous job of explaining the features of the vehicle and preparing me to feel comfortable to leave the dealership for a 5 hour drive in my new car. He welcomed me to call his cell or come back by with any questions. More

The reduced price actually worked, since I bought it, but I wouldn;t have liked it if I bought it for full price and later found out that all I had to do to get it at half cost was to say no. I thought a Lexus dealership might be above that "tactic". But everything else was truly first class and would be proud to recommend. More

Pat Vannozzi was the first salesperson who knew more about the car we were interested in than I did (I do my research). He spent a LOT of time with us. (He only sounded like a car salesman a couple of times) We liked him, the dealership, and the Certified Pre-Owned Lexus HS 250h Hybrid...we made a deal on the first trip, and that is VERY unusual for us. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, Pat spent an hour going over every detail about our CPO Lexus. We bought a car and found a friend! We also had a great experience with Chad Voss in financing. The experience was smooth, unhurried, and we got a great rate. Absolutely no pressure, great salesman, great people, great dealership, great experience! More

Just as the first one, then with a different sales consultant, we were pleasantly satisfied by the ways Mr. Rajput treated us with his professionalism until the last minute we drove the car from the dealer’s service lot. During the many email exchanges (I preferred email negotiations) in particular since we were out of state, his prompt returns with the reliable information to my inquiries were most helpful and trustworthy. When we drove to the Park Place on Saturday, the paper work was already half done and his calm demeanor immediately earned our confidence. After the paper work when he took us to the new car, his patient explanation and demonstration on the new features of the car were very helpful. He even went to my previous Lexus purchase record to find out the color code of the paintbrush and ordered one for me because I needed one to touch up for my old Lexus. And I received it in just two days via UPS. We will heartily recommend Mr. Rajput to our friends, and we commend Park Place for his outstanding professionalism, through which the negotiation and delivery were quick and pleasant. More
This is the second car I've purchased from Brian. As long as he's working for Park Place, I'll always be a customer. He always makes me feel welcome and informed. My experience with the finance department wasn't quite as impressive but nonetheless, they got the job done. The finance manager missed a page in my contract so I had to return to the dealer to sign (since it was rejected by Lexus Financial). Due to the delay, my account was debited for the payment on the car I had just traded in two weeks prior. When I came back to sign and asked Kendall, the finance manager about it, he actually said it was my fault for not going online to cancel the payment...which I did...and said that Lexus would send me a check. That's it. No apology or offer to help correct the mistake. I know it will work itself out but thanks for the lack of concern, Kendall. Brian is still my hero and I'll come back for my next car as long as he's there. More
