My sales rep Brian was awesome. I am in sales and I always appreicate a good sales person and he was just that. As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous before coming into the dealership but Mike made everything easier than I expected! Joel Pechauer helped me with the selection and purchase of my "new" Lexus and he did an excellent job. (I recommended him to a fellow coworker and he also purchased a new Lexus from Joel). I received excellent "new car" information etc. from several on staff that perform those functions. Everyone is quick and willing to help in any way needed. Brian Martin has been my service manager since I purchased my first Lexus and he is the BEST. I congratulate him on his much deserved promotion. When I was coming in for service and learned he had been promoted I was disappointed that I would not be working directly with him but I would have been MUCH more disappointed if he had not received the promotion he so deserved. I know I will continue to see his smile when I bring my car in for service and I am sure I will have confidence in the new service manager I receive. I will continue to enjoy my new car and to recommend Park Place Lexus and Joel. More
