When we service our two Lexus vehicles we always do it at Park Place and we always ask for Efrain Ramirez. He goes above and beyond his duties to make you feel special and provide the kind of service we are Park Place and we always ask for Efrain Ramirez. He goes above and beyond his duties to make you feel special and provide the kind of service we are looking for when owning a Lexus brand. He makes the entire process easy. Whenever I drop off the car for service I am usually in and out of the dealership in less than 15 min thanks to Efrain's efficiency and knowledge of his work. I hope Park Place recognizes Efrain for his excellent efforts. On the other hand, I hope Park Place improves their car wash quality (yes I know it's a "free service", but even if it's free it should be done well). We'll keep coming back as long as Efrain is there to take care of us. More

So we did something a little unusual . . . We bought a used 2021 Lexus LC 500 Convertible, ("L Certified" with only 500 miles on it) online and over the phone without seeing the vehicle until it was deliv used 2021 Lexus LC 500 Convertible, ("L Certified" with only 500 miles on it) online and over the phone without seeing the vehicle until it was delivered to our home. It was a little scary at first, but exciting all at the same time! Sales Experience Manager Cameron Drackett did an excellent job of holding all the pieces together as we made our "long distance" purchase. My only regret is that we could not visit the dealership and meet Mr. Drackett in person. Thanks Cameron for making our dream car come true! More
