I explained to Brian about my recent experience with the other dealership and told him I would like to finalize a transaction over the phone. Told him the vehicle I wanted, the options and the price. Brian said "give me about 10 minutes and let me see if I can make this happen". Ten minutes later Brian called me back and had everything worked out. We scheduled an appointment for me to come in and pick up the car.
