This time he literally blew my mind when he took the time to talk to me about my needs and then took it upon himself to find me a car that satisfied those needs. Then he drove the car to me because I am working so much that it’s hard to find time to go to the dealership. One and done... he showed me one car, and I knew it was the right one for me. One day later, he meets me again at work and has me sign the paperwork. He showed me all the features of the car and then drove my fifth Lexus off into the sunset. Being in the hospitality business, I truly understand what it takes to exceed my guest’s expectations. I would offer Brian a job in a split second if he ever decided to stop selling cars.
