We love Park Place, our sales agent Bobby, was amazing. Financed a pre-owned vehicle, spare tire was in dis array and not stored properly or secured, salesman stated gas tank was topped off it was a 1/4 tank short, front left rim is damaged salesman did not deduc and not stored properly or secured, salesman stated gas tank was topped off it was a 1/4 tank short, front left rim is damaged salesman did not deduct from sales price, front left tire is old and worn should have been replaced with like kind the other 3 are new. This car was in good shape for it's year model and miles were low, salesman was great but the details is where Park Place Lexus in Grapevine TX failed miserably, car preparation and inspection shows the team did as little work as possible to flip the car short of detailing it with armor all, engine detailer, and wax. Don't worry Toyota failed miserably at one of their dealerships in Richardson TX with this attention to detail and just in general not being cheesey to give the buyer an even better experience ☕✌️💜 More
