We first spoke with Ms. Leslie over the phone, at this time we were just inquiring about a vehicle we saw on the internet. We informed her of what we wanted and our expectations. Ms Leslie wasted no time assuring that all of our expectations were met. We made her also informed her that we dread the car buying process, because it’s always a long and drawn out process. Well let me tell you. She made this process Short, Simple and Sweet. Now remember, before going to the dealership, we only spoke over the phone briefly, she emailed us the numbers for the car. From what she sent us, we were happy 😃. We began heading to the dealership, to see about finalizing the desl. On our way there, we informed her of the interest rate our bank was offering. She said, I can get you a better rate, if you trust me too. We said what the heck, it’s worth a try. Once we made it to the dealership, we sat down briefly, Ms Leslie had all paperwork and the bank approval (with a lower interest rate), ready to go. We were finished and the deal was finalized, with all paperwork signed and our car delivered to us, in less than two hours of us being at the dealership. She was true to her word and everything that she told us she would and could do, she did and then some!!! Ms. Leslie was professional, friendly, courteous and on point throughout our entire car buying process. We have no complaints, what so ever. This was one of, if not the best car buying experience we have ever had!!!! Prior to getting this vehicle, we have never purchased a Lexus before, but working with Ms. Leslie has changed this for us. She will forever be our Lexus Sales Representative from now on, until she retires!!! Ms. Leslie Inman, you are truly awesome and so greatly appreciated!!!!!! 🤗😁😊. I am greeting warmly by everyone I see. The receptionist has a friendly smile; everyone asks if I am being helped. My sales associate, Brian Safianow, greets me as a friend; one of the managers, Charles Owen, sees me from across the room, and comes to ask how I am doing. You get the idea. There is no pressure to purchase, there are only friendly caring people. The ambiance of the dealership is more like a fine restaurant than an automobile dealership. The vehicles are unmatched in quality, and the price is always fair, and usually a better deal than one would expect when buying a premium and sought-after automobile.
