Lease end trade-in for new Lexus Once again, the service / responsiveness / ease of transaction exceeded my expectations with the following caveat (which is outside of individual's no Once again, the service / responsiveness / ease of transaction exceeded my expectations with the following caveat (which is outside of individual's noted herein control). Would like to note that Lexus Financial / Toyota Financial's corporate's credit review should rely on more than just one of the 3 credit bureau's given that those of us who take pride in our credit ratings are constantly subject to identity theft and have credit freezes on each of the credit bureau's (which is my case). Ezelle Williamson and I spoke prior to my visit to consummate the lease trade in transaction, and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. Prior to my visit with Ezelle to sign paperwork and trade vehicles, I implemented a temporary credit freeze lift with Equifax, Experian and Transunion - with confirmation of same confirmed via each account. Unfortunately, the Experian temporary freeze was not confirmed (due to issues with Experian) and the consummation of the transaction with Ezelle was delayed for probably an hour until this was resolved. Given same, my feedback is as follows: If Lexus Financial Corporate only relies on Experian, then 1) why is credit pulled from the other two credit bureaus adversely impacting the applicant's credit rating, AND 2) Lexus Financial corporate should strongly consider taking an average credit rating from two of the three credit bureau ratings given the various credit freeze/freeze lift issue noted above. In conclusion, I am a long-standing Lexus customer - have leased numerous vehicles over the years - and have an impeccable credit history / credit rating, and delay's that your employees and myself experienced during this process can be avoided with a few tweaks to corporate policy. More

I was good It was good with the exception of a couple of things. The cargo cover was not put in the car and when I noticed it was missing I had to make an extra It was good with the exception of a couple of things. The cargo cover was not put in the car and when I noticed it was missing I had to make an extra trip to dealership, an extra 40 mile round trip. Also there is a flapping noise in the rear of the vehicle at 60mph. This will mean another trip to the dealership. There were also some scratches they said it would be no problem to buff out, but when I picked it up at purchase, the scratches were still there. My salesman Nathan Henry was great, but Blake Johnson, the new salesman I worked with definitely needs more customer service training. These things are the reason for my less than perfect rating on Customer Service and Quality. More

This was by far the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Sean Musser is a great listener and he delivers on everything he says he will. His continuous follow up kept me comfortable and at ease (something that Dallas and Plano could use training in). He got us a great deal.
