We had actually decided to purchase a Buick from across the highway and had informed our Lexus salesperson as such. Then late one night (10:30 pm) I received an email from our salesperson letting us know that the price on the vehicle had dropped just in case we wanted to reconsider. We had not heard a word from the Buick dealership after being treated as if we were a waste of their time. I replied back the next morning (to our Lexus salesperson) and said hold that car! We arrived at Park Place a few hours later and drove home with our new LX 350 in less than 2 hours. This is our 2nd RX 350. We know we made the right choice. More

However, our recent purchase with salesperson Leslie Inman was by far the best car buying experience we have had at any dealership. Leslie is very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the various models. She remembered the features that were important to us and although the exact car we wanted was not at the dealership, Leslie persisted in finding the car we wanted. The often dreaded "negotiation" process was so quick and smooth. Most importantly, we never felt like we were being "sold to" or pressured by Leslie. Her genuineness and sincerity are noticeable and very appreciated. More
