I did credible research to determine what the fair Trade in Value was for my current vehicle and was prepared to do the best out of 3 Falls with the usual black-hearted Used Car Manager and his TV Preacher hair. I gave them the keys to my car and said: make me an offer. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when my Sales Rep came back with an offer for my vehicle exactly what I had determined my Trade-in to be worth. The transaction involving me buying their Car went smoothly and quickly as well. We were able to settle on what from my research was a fair and honest price quickly with no nonsense or hassle. The two Sales Reps we worked with (Danny & Brian) we're very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
