In my experience of buying and selling cars over two decades, pretty much every time. That's why I was literally astonished at the experience I had working with Brittany. She listened to every word I shared with her about what I was looking for in a car, and what I was trying to accomplish on the financial side of the transaction. She gave me multiple options, all of which were thoughtfully provided in response to everything I shared with her. She kept me informed at every step of the process, sharing brief updates by text, and more in depth updates by email so I could fully understand where we were. Her suggestions were never presumptuous or pushy; they always informed by our previous conversations and grounded in her experience, and in every instance they were great ideas. Brittany made the process seamless, and saying that it was professional doesn't do justice to how pleasant the entire experience was. For example, she remembered an offhand comment I made about my favorite color and presented me with a key fob with highlights of that color. She treated me like family, and she will be my sales experience professional for a very long time. I would encourage anyone reading this to seek her out for your Park Place vehicle! I’m always satisfied every time I leave this dealership! I’ve said it once and will say it again!
