From the very beginning until I left the lot today in my car, Brian was nothing short of a consummate professional who worked tirelessly until the deal was done! Even when it looked like we couldn't make it happen, Brian kept working until he found a way. I couldn't be more thankful. Brian Safianow for the Win Brian Safianow has sold us three cars so far. When I mentioned to Brian that I had loved driving a Mini Cooper rental in California, he asked me a few Brian Safianow has sold us three cars so far. When I mentioned to Brian that I had loved driving a Mini Cooper rental in California, he asked me a few questions about what I liked about it and what my needs were for a fun, peppy car. Next, when cars fitting this description became available, he emailed me with details and asked if this car or that car was close to what we were looking for. Within a month of our conversation, Brian sent us a 2014 Mini that hit all of the right spots. Affordable, attractive, and fun. Brian was overloaded with clients the day the Mini became available. Rather than wait for him to have an open time, Brian suggested that he could get another salesperson to talk to us. He worried that, at such a great price, the car would sell before he could show it to us. After setting up a time to look at the car, Brian made sure that we would talk with a reliable, friendly salesperson. Approximately 2 hours later, we drove off down the road in search of adventure and a drive in burger place. As always, we are happy customers, thanks to Brian. Even though they have the Park Place name they operate as a small business there to take care of their clients and offer exceptional client service. Charles was very respectful and professional in his dealings, he could have easily said no to my offer, however he tried to work within the parameters and made it a very positive experience.
