I feel at home at Park Place Lexus Grapevine I have been a customer of Park Place for many years, going back to my first Lexus IS followed by another IS, a couple of ES's and now my 2020 RX. As I have been a customer of Park Place for many years, going back to my first Lexus IS followed by another IS, a couple of ES's and now my 2020 RX. As much as I'd like to explore other luxury brands, it is the people that keep me coming back car after car, lease after lease. I have been lucky to have the same salesperson through all of my purchases. Hasan Qazi guides me through every purchase, never pressuring me, only giving me options and better knowledge about new features and capabilities. We ere pleased to get a warm welcome from our sales rep Brian and the sales manager Charles. We test drove the car, learned a lot about it and the dealership from Brian and decided to buy. We were pleased with the efficiency, speed, professionalism of Brian and the dealership in getting us a great price, a great trade in for our Accord and doing it all in the space of a few hours. We aren’t hagglers or “deal shoppers”; we’ll buy when we see what we want. It was really nice to not be pressured or played. I highly recommend this dealer. More

As they say, "to sit in the lap of luxury, pay for it". Problem is I'm an informed cheapskate My wife and I have always been impressed with Lexus quality and have owned Lexus for almost 30 years. Over t Problem is I'm an informed cheapskate My wife and I have always been impressed with Lexus quality and have owned Lexus for almost 30 years. Over time, Lexus has devolved into any other overpriced, overhyped name like Mercedes, Audi, and BMW. You overpay for a brand to impress your friends and family on social media. I don't mind paying for quality up front so I don't have to fork over a few grand for repairs later. Not the case here. $1200 to replace a radiator. Another $1200 to replace the water pump. Dafuq. I have the money. It was just the hard sell that sucked. Charles Offenbacher, Lexus Service Adviser, is a master purveyor of fear. Yes, I have coolant leaks, but telling me that my engine will fail soon if I don't make the repairs immediately was a nice little play to jack-up your commission, Charles. And when I refused, telling me that the tech saw the temp gage go hot after driving it around the block was an outright lie (because when I drove it for half an hour after, it was fine). Telling me that you won't put my car in the free car wash because you don't want my engine to fail while it was in there, nailed that xx coffin shut for me, Charles. Buddy, I came in and paid $372 for an oil change and you don't want to wash my car?! Based on a lie?! To get me to fork over $2200?! For a service that you would normally give to all other service customers for free?! Wow. I don't have more money than sense. I'm too old and tired to get mind-screwed like this. I thought it would have been nice to get back in the Lexus quality fold, but I'm taking my car back to my trusty neighborhood repair shop. Luxury, my xxx. More
