I visited three different Lexus dealerships to find my next car. First stop, the Lexus dealership on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, this location did not have my choice vehicle. With nothing more to do this day, I visited the Lexus dealership in Plano, TX. This location had a nice selection of Lexus models, however, majority of the colors where black, white, and gray. Still on the hunt for a Lexus that I love, I visited the third Lexus location in Grapevine, TX. At this particular location, I found a number of Lexus vehicles that varied in both color, model, and styles. Even more, I met the most patient, engaging, personable, yet professional car salesman of all time. Derrick Nicholson was absolutely amazing! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about each vehicle that I expressed interest in and after three short road trips, he had the foresight of which vehicle I would ultimately chose. I was so impressed. Mr. Nicholson has changed my perception of a 'car salesman'. He made every single accommodation to ensure I had a hassle-free experience (to include car selection, credit review, financing, and driving away). Who goes to purchase/lease a new vehicle and expects to have an entertaining and fun experience? I expect very few people have this expectation, but if you would like the opportunity to experience just tha have an entertaining and fun experience? This is my third vehicle acquisition with Brian and frankly I'm not sure if it wasn't for Brian and his other cast of supporting players, that the Lexus brand would mean as much to me. Can you say that about your last sales experience? It's absolutely the opposite of the traditional stereotypical story about buying a car. And then when you get a special, limited edition vehicle, because Brian was "watching out for me," the value to me just keeps rising. And if you like to "haggle," that will be your only disappointment. You work out the deal, sign the paperwork and drive home. My lease anniversary is always right around this time and Brian just gives me one more thing to be thankful for at this time. And be assured, your great experience doesn't end here. Brian will be following up with you because he's not scared to check in and see if there's anything else he can do. And if you want a great Service experience, just keep it right there at Park Place Lexus - Grapevine. I wasn't really in the market for a Lexus, but after seeing and driving the GX460 we realized it was perfect.
