Very easy process. I explained that I wanted to get a more family friendly car, capable of carrying 4 adults on long trips versus my Acura RDX. It took a week to get back with Pat, but he honored the price and our family is very pleased with the car. I never felt pressured by this dealer to come in and buy or else the offer would be taken off the table or the car would be sold. My 19 year old son was with me during the negotiations which were not really negotiations, but really just an explanation of the costs and monthly payments. I felt Pat was empowered to make the offer and what was provided was a fair price considering the popularity of the car, plus the financing. My wife has the new RX 350 and I get to drive it on weekends or to fill it up. I have her old RX 330 and at some point I will figure out what my next car will be. Pat did a great job explaining the features of the car to my wife as well as my family. I know there are other Lexus dealers in the Dallas area, I will continue with Park Place Grapevine. More
