I was pleased that I did not feel pressured in any sense during the sales process. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, so the sales part was a formality. I did have a few functionality questions about the car that the staff did not have an immediate answer to, but they did go retrieve an answer for me. We also had some touch up paint done and tinting put on the front windows. Both services were completed, but bubbles were left in the right passenger window tinting and the touch up paint was rough and quite obvious from a distance. Vincent brought the car to me in Plano when the repairs agreed upon were completed, which was much appreciated. More
