We left the dealership at 8:05 pm; my husband and I both commented on how we were both pleasantly surprised that we did not feel "rushed" to leave. On Saturday when we picked up our new car, Ned was as equally pleasant and knowledgeable about the RX. He took the time to patiently explain the navigation system and the capabilities of our new RX.
