From the time I sent an internet inquiry to Park Place to driving away with a new Lexus ES350, the entire experience was outstanding! Then my salesperson - Molly Wee - followed up with me the next week and I made an appointment to visit the dealership to look at the cars. Within a few hours, I had selected the car, settled on a trade in value for my 2007 Lexus and a price for the new car. And the new Lexus was ready for me to pick up. On the day of pick up, the closing of the deal and all the financials were handled very quickly and professionally. I was shown through the service area and introduced to the Service Manager. I was given a thorough review of my new car including set up of the bluetooth for my cell phone and programming of the garage remotes. Molly was the best. So that I did not have to inconvenience anyone to bring me down to Grapevine from Stillwater, OK (200 miles), I rode the train to Ft. Worth and Walter picked me up at the train station.
