That is what Reuben and Park Place Lexus Grapevine has done. When I first met Reuben he said he wanted to earn my business. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that from a salesman. In this case that is exactly what Reuben did. Living in Houston Reuben had to make me want to drive to Grapevine to make my purchase. He did this by treating me with respect, courtesy, communicating when necessary, and outstanding service. Since I had a special order vehicle you can't imagine how picky I can get. In the end I got my vehicle exactly as ordered for a fair price. More

There is a measure of respect missing from the traditional car-buying transaction -- customers feel like they are being "played" by salespeople who don't tell the truth, and salespeople probably feel like they are unfairly portrayed as "the enemy" by consumers, as opposed to informed, helpful people who are consumers themselves. I appreciate the effort Park Place makes in upgrading the sales environment from a competitive arena to a respectful exchange of information. Richie Lopez's dignified but enthusiastic approach to the cars I was interestd in made me consider him an advisor as well as a salesman. He did not overstate facts or mislead me about vehicle performance. I hope he felt I acted as "professionally" (if that even applies to a consumer) toward him as I think he treated me. The better word would be "respectfully". Park Place's emphasis on that aspect of the buying experience encourages a two-way street of respect. More

This is the second new RX350 I have purchased at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. That alone is a compliment to the Park Place Lexus Establishment. Everyone is very friendly, informative, and proud to be selling the Lexus product. It was impressive that Molly even came to my home on her day off so I can sign the 2008 car title which I forgot to sign over to the Park Place Lexus the day i picked up my 2012 RX350. More
