When our Tahoe was totalled two weeks ago our family was devasted. The money we got from the insurance company was miniscule and we were so worried that we were not going to be able to find a car that woul devasted. We visited two other dealers on the way to Park Place and while they were friendly and helpful they did not come close to the service we got at Park Place and with Vincent in particular. I am a very, very discriminating auto buyer and Vincent was more than accomodating to my every need and desire. When we left home and began our journey I had no intention of coming home with a car on the same day. My hopes had all but faded by 5:30pm when we arrived on the lot at Park Place. I thought there was no possible way I would find a vehicle that had everything I wanted, negotiate a good deal, and do the financing at such a late hour. To my surprise Vincent listened to everything I wanted and was so very knowledgable in the inventory I was able to find the perfect vehicle and get home by 8:30. WOW!!!! In my life I have never had such an effortless experience buying a car. I wish I hadn't wasted the 4 or more hours at the two other dealers. Vincent was friendly, professional, attentive, knowledgable, and a real class act. I hope you all realize what an asset he is to your team. I cannot express how thankful I am that our paths crossed.
