We came to this dealership because it was the recommendation of Jerry Reynolds. It would have to rate as one of the friendliest and low pressure experiences that we have ever had. The price we got on the car was probably the best we could get. I probably had some unrealistic expectations when it came to the trade-in. I do feel like it was fair, though. We purchased a 4 year old certified car that we are extremely happy with. Most of the time when there is a purchase of just about anything, there is some" buyers remorse". This experience was the opposite. We are very very happy we did this and we are already enjoying this car more than we thought we would. Our previous cars were: MINI--BMW--BMW. I have heard much about the service and support that you get with Lexus. I am looking forward to that, because that was an area that was lacking with our previous vehicles.
