I am one of the few people to have a less than pleasant experience. Hasan was a great salesperson and the buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. Even the finance person was great. However, the condition of this vehicle at delivery was unacceptable. I contacted Hasan the next day and brought the vehicle back for him to look at. There were many rocks chips in the hood and mirror and a large scratch in the front bumper which went all the way through the paint. Hasan arranged for me to bring the vehicle back for repair. I brought it back and was told to wait for it. It took two hours. When presented to me the hood looked like white out had been smeared on the hood and nothing had been done with the scratch on the bumper. I was told nothing could be done with the bumper. This was not a satisfactory solution for me so I contacted the body shop and service manager the next day. As of now my vehicle has been at the dealership for a week and a new bumper had to be installed. After getting higher management involved the situation has been resolved and the car was delivered in much better condition this afternoon. I am now a much happier customer. More

During a visit to another "high end" dealership, I was very turned off by the aloofness of the employees and the dismissive attitude of the sales staff. My visit to Park Place Lexus was nothing like that. From the receptionists at the front desk to John Shock (my awesome sales guy), and everyone else we met, everyone was professional and friendly. The staff at Park Place obviously work hard to build a welcoming, comfortable environment for customers. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a good price on my 2007 Mini Cooper. I would definately recommend them to frineds and family in the market for a car. It was fun to buy a car from Park Place Lexus! More

Ed was extremely responsive to my Internet questions on the vehicle. After the initial information was provided I had my wife test drive the vehicle. All of this happened while I was at work on lunch! Save a ton of time and removed the haggle back and forth that I despise at other dealerships. Later that evening Ed prepared the vehicle for our pick up. We were running late and had some final things to do with our trade in vehicle. Ed met us at the location where our trade was with the new vehicle and help us out with finalizing that action. Then drove us back to Lexus to complete the transaction. Not only did it saved time but we did not have to have extra vehicles to drop off multiple cars. Tremendous customer support. The icing on the cake was in the effort Ed displayed to stay after hours when the dealership closed and walked us through the vehicle options, demonstrating features and answering every question. At no time did he try to rush through the demonstration. At the end of the night we knew we had made the right decision to work with Ed and Lexus! More
