The employees I worked with were very good. They made the process as seemless as they could under the circumstances. Unfortunatly, I made a decision without doing enough research for my own benefit, an the process as seemless as they could under the circumstances. Unfortunatly, I made a decision without doing enough research for my own benefit, and am not as happy with parts of the car as I thought I would be. I'm trying to be positive,& grow to appreciate all this car has to offer, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to the car from my own standpoint. It has NO bearing on the friendly-ness, courtesy or knowledge of the associates that I interacted with during the purchase. As for the dealership, & it's associates, I've been coming there for 10 years & during that time, I have had no complaints, I'm just disappointed in the decisions I made with this purchase. More

Very good experience. O'Neal made me a very good deal on the pre-owned RX350 and the 1996 Camry trade-in. Sewell Lexus Dallas couldn't match the entire deal. They beat the price of the RX350 but wouldn't m the pre-owned RX350 and the 1996 Camry trade-in. Sewell Lexus Dallas couldn't match the entire deal. They beat the price of the RX350 but wouldn't march the Camry trade-in. Mark agreed to have the rear bumper re-painted or I would have walked away. O'Neal and Mark agreed to have the deriver's seat leather refinished. I would have walked away if it wasn't repaired properly. As a recommendation, Lexus may want to re-look at their extended warranty pricing. I would have purchased it if it was more reasonable. Expecting me to pay $2942 for an extra 3 yrs and 25K miles is quite excessive. That's a $1,000 per extra year. More

I am one of the few people to have a less than pleasant experience. Hasan was a great salesperson and the buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. Even the finance person was great. However, the condition of this vehicle at delivery was unacceptable. I contacted Hasan the next day and brought the vehicle back for him to look at. There were many rocks chips in the hood and mirror and a large scratch in the front bumper which went all the way through the paint. Hasan arranged for me to bring the vehicle back for repair. I brought it back and was told to wait for it. It took two hours. When presented to me the hood looked like white out had been smeared on the hood and nothing had been done with the scratch on the bumper. I was told nothing could be done with the bumper. This was not a satisfactory solution for me so I contacted the body shop and service manager the next day. As of now my vehicle has been at the dealership for a week and a new bumper had to be installed. After getting higher management involved the situation has been resolved and the car was delivered in much better condition this afternoon. I am now a much happier customer. More
