This was my third purchase of Lexus cars through Park Place and probably my best experience yet. Time was taken to explain the various finance options and the specifics of the lease details. He is willing to have Park Place Service his vehicle even though from Arlington it is easier to go to Sewell, but Terry shared with me that your dealorship will pick up and deliver for servicing, so I feel confident that Park Place will continue with servicing his vehicle as well. We were able to look around at the cars on the lot, found what we liked, test drove the car and started the process. Matt and Juan did everything they could to get us what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. The feel and the atmosphere of the dealership was so relaxed. No one is standing around doing nothing. It's all about the customers, and the attitudes of the sales representatives are second to none. We cannot be more pleased with our purchase, and the experience we had purchasing our car. The financial department was helpful in that it got me the lowest interest rate available to me and I did not feel like I was being "taken" for my money.
