Along with showing us the superiority of the Lexus we wound up purchasing, he also arranged to return the Infiniti and have our old car brought over so we were able to drive off in our beautiful new Lexus. Later, I realized we had left our CDs in the stereo of the old Lexus we'd traded in. A call to Matt and he located the car, retrieved the CDs for us and kept them in his office where we later picked them up. This was our third buying experience at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and each time it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Josh and all the people at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine have always been helpful, attentive and unfailingly polite when we have interacted. They truly want each experience with them to be world class and in the experience of both my wife and myself they achieve this goal. We do not feel that we must be on guard or combative in this relationship and that has never been our experience in general when dealing with a car dealership. We simply tell them what we need and they try to help us achieve our goals. What could be better than that? I have referred friends to them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I had not intended to purchase an automobile at the time of my visit.
