I've had some pretty horrible buying experiences before. I wasn't treated seriously, felt pressured and felt that because I am a woman, I didn't know what I was talking about. I met Johnny Malaspina and he treated me with respect and listened to my objectives and really worked with me to find the best car for my money. I am absolutely thrilled with my 2010 IS250!! It is exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Johnny was dead on when he suggested this one! And the courtesy car washes are a nice plus! My husband and I have never had a better car buying experience than we did at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, TX. Our salesperson, Johnny Malaspina, was a pleasure to work with - we never felt the pressure that has happened in previous car buying experiences. From the moment we entered the dealership, everyone was friendly and professional, and that attitude has continued after the purchase. We purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus, and the next day noticed some small scrapes on the lower front bumper. They told us to bring it in, they fixed it free of charge, and provided a loaner while the work was being done. Most dealerships would tell us that it is a pre-owned car, so it will have some scratches, and wouldn't do anything! Anyway, we are hooked! We will continue to be customers with Park Place Lexus in the future, and will work with Johnny Malaspina as our salesperson the next time as well! More

Bridgett made the finance process very easy and when I opted to add the Resistall package, they took the car back immediately and had me out after an hour. They also tinted the windows at my request and Mark personally helped me set up my phone with the blue tooth system. I LOVE my 2012 Lexus is250 and will be a lifetime Park Place customer!! My wife and I were very impressed by the on-line representation the vehicles available in the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned catagory. The photographs, description and Car Fax Data was much more compreh representation the vehicles available in the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned catagory. The quality of the actual vehicle, together with the 3 year, 100,000 ml warranty was a definite factor in our final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were generally impressed with the overall air of Quality & Service that proved to be indicative of the overall purchase experience.
