My parents were looking for a new SUV, and much to my dismay being a Cadillac fan, they wanted a Lexus or BMW. We stopped by Park Place Lexus in Grapevine to look and met with Silas Tarus. He was the most pleasant and patient sales person working with my retired mother, and showing her the ins and outs on the NX300 sport. From start to finish, it was an pleasant experience. Even though they could have bought an equally loaded Cadillac for a bit less, I leaned them towards the Lexus based on Silas's customer service and knowledge. More
