Sold me a car with a dead rat in it wont cover repairs I have to put up to repair it so I’m coming out of pocket for something that was their fault mind you this is a brand new car I’m already having to pay have to put up to repair it so I’m coming out of pocket for something that was their fault mind you this is a brand new car I’m already having to pay for damages on after already going through a bunch of ridiculous back and forth with approval process. They did a great job on our car we had just bought it and called them about a month afterwards and asked them to look at a problem with the ac there wasn’t a warranty they could have said no but they checked called them about a month afterwards and asked them to look at a problem with the ac there wasn’t a warranty they could have said no but they checked it out no cost to my daughter and fixed the problem again with no cost. They could have easily said sorry you don’t have a warranty but they did not. Tyler who helped us was the best customer service rep I’ve ever met, he took great care of us and made sure we were in and out as quick as possible. Great personality and excellent customer service.
