found my car I found the car I was looking for , they are wonderful team I asked them for more photos to see the car then they emailed to me , I highly recommend t I found the car I was looking for , they are wonderful team I asked them for more photos to see the car then they emailed to me , I highly recommend them , for who is complaining about the body do your home work!! were not truthful found car on autotrader looked at photos looked good. called they said the body and interior were in excellent condition drove 4 hours to get there. c found car on autotrader looked at photos looked good. called they said the body and interior were in excellent condition drove 4 hours to get there. could not believe it was the same vehicle as in the photos. car was extremely beat up. scratches and scrapes over vehicle. bumper had chunk out. could see all the damage before I even got out of our vehicle. simply ridiculous. we questioned them thoroughly before we drove there and they were not truthful as all. very unhappy with this dealership would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I went there looking for a specific vehicle, which they happened to have. However, I drove there during normal business hours and they were closed. I tried again the next day during business hours and they happened to have. However, I drove there during normal business hours and they were closed. The thing is, they had no signs posted or anything saying they were closed, so each time I waited an hour or so to see if they would come back. The clerk later said "yeah, we were on holiday." Anyway, upon test driving the car, I found that the driver side rear wheel bearing was broken. They said they'd fix it and get back to me. Now I assumed that meant, "we'll go grease it up so you can't hear it anymore, then call you." However, that was not the case. Not only did they replace the bearing, they also replaced the rear suspension because they found a crack in the coil while doing the repair. SOMETHING I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. They could of over looked it and gave it to me anyway, but they did the right thing and repaired it. For a used car dealership, I was amazed. All in all the transaction went pretty smooth. It took them a bit to release the title to me--about 3 weeks. But overall I would certainly buy from them again. Despite the $800 repair they even took $200 off the original price. Well worth going to. The only thing that kept them from 5 stars was making me weight for 2 hours a day for 2 days with no posted sign, or way to find out if they were closed--like on the answering machine. More
