Worst experience we've ever had. One of our cars has been at Park Ford, in their service department, FOR OVER A MONTH. It was brought in on July 1, for a repair under the company's "customer satisfaction, one-time repair program," and has been there since. They haven't called us once for updates; every call has been initiated by my husband, and he's been told various things each time: "waiting to hear if your repair is covered under the program," "waiting on a part," tracing wires," (heard that more than once) "hopefully you'll be hearing from us within 24 hours," (got that one multiple times) and on and on. No apologies whatsoever for how long this is being dragged out, either. And we've been denied a rental car, even after weeks of this, unless we want to pay $60/day, because they still can't tell us if our repair will be covered under the program. Just to be clear, the issue is corrosion in the battery junction box, causing damage to the wires to the point that the car won't start, so it's not like we can just pick it up and drive it somewhere else to be repaired. Or even use it, while we get this sorted out. We've had to get corporate involved, and last we heard was that Park Ford (finally!!!) sent pictures on July 28 to see if our repair would be covered, but we shouldn't expect to hear anything until Monday, Aug 7th. Insane. Never been so frustrated in my life. More

No Accountability I took my ford fiesta in for a recall on the transmission and the same day got it back. Within a couple of days, my wife noticed it took an extra turn I took my ford fiesta in for a recall on the transmission and the same day got it back. Within a couple of days, my wife noticed it took an extra turn for the motor to turn over. By the following week, the car wouldn't start at all not even a click. This was on a workday so I had it towed to my family mechanic and he fixed it but found the ground harness attached to the transmission which Park Ford had to remove for the repair, had been stretched due to it not being disconnected during the repair. this resulted in the ground cable being torn and within a couple of days, the ground came undone resulting in the car not starting. Jeff, the service manager looked at the repairs I had done and said it was nothing they did. My mechanic talked to him and explained what had happened but Jeff would not acknowledge what had happened so I took my newer 2014 car in for a recall and had to pay for the tow to my mechanic and the repairs on the wires that were torn loose. Park Ford simply says they did nothing to the wires and I'm just SOL. I would not buy a lug nut from these guys and would recommend you don't either! More

Jeff (the service manager) talked to us and worked out the problems with a very polite, pleasant and professional manner. I have had some bad experiences with other Ford dealers and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership (especially the service dept) that really talked to us and helped us get the truck fixed. I dont give recommendations very often, but I would definitely recommend Park Ford Service Dept to anyone who needs work done by fair people ! More
Incompetent Service Department Hands down the most incompetent, rudest service department around. Made an appointment on 8/21 for 8/24 for safety recalls on my 2014 Escape. Called and gave my full VIN to the service department, confirmed there were 4 outstanding recalls, gave my name and number and he entered it into their computer, unfortunately due to pure incompetence he somehow listed the info for it under our old vehicle a 2010 Escape. Called again on to 8/22 make sure everything would be completed on the 24th because we were leaving early on 8/25 for a trip assured us it would be done. Called again on 8/23 to see if I could add an oil change, they said they could and we would be taken care of. Dropped vehicle off early in the morning and dropped keys through the service door, was not given any other instructions, did not hear anything from anybody all day today even though I had an early appointment. Called at 5:30 to see if it was finished so I could pick up, he asked for my name and then VIN because my name did not give him any info, had to call me back and then told me that somehow all my service info was entered under the 2010 and they had no idea who's keys or vehicle was left, so they moved it to the back and where it sat all day untouched, he stated they spent all day waiting for someone to call in to let them know why that vehicle and keys were left since it wasn't in the computer. I can not believe no one in the Service Department was smart enough to figure out that this was the vehicle that was left there for service that had an existing appointment, and on top of it, if they thought I had an appointment for 2010 Escape and did not show, why didn't someone call me? They could not tell me how this happened even though they obviously entered my full VIN into their computer in the very beginning of this fiasco because they pulled up all the recalls that needed done, they were all for a 2014 not a 2010. Needless to say I was not very happy and let him know I would never bring another vehicle to them again, and was going to take it somewhere else to get the recalls done, and thanks for wasting my time. As this was finishing up my wife was being dropped off to pick the vehicle up, the service advisor was EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT AND CONDESENDING TO HER, because I had let him know how unbelievably incompetent their service department must be to let something like this happen, so he took it out on her. After all the phone calls during the week how could something like this possibly happen? I usually take my vehicles to Klaben Ford, where I have never had an issue, but since Park was closer, I made the huge mistake of taking it to Park and completely wasting my time. NEVER AGAIN More

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Had my 2011 Silverado in for service and tire replacement, the staff if very friendly knowledgeable.
