We bought our car the day before all business closed for covid in NYS last year. Park Ford found us an amazing used Ford almost new at a great price and did it all in one day. We test drove the car, signed the papers, got our insurance and plates and have been happy ever since. Recently we brought in our car for yearly maintenance. Park Ford was prompt and serviced the car while we had lunch. We even got great quotes for trading in our car for a newer one which we are still thinking about. The company is family owned and sales and service people are polite, intelligent and fun to do business with. What's not to like?!! More

I dropped off my car thursday night after hours for my friday 8:40am appointment. Brought car in for volunteer recall of door latches, non responsive intelligent access door handles and a stripped rdu fill plug. Asked for a call on the intake sheet. They gave a texting number for questions but they never updated. But got a voice message about a 1/2 hour after my last text when they were closed. If i got the info when i asked i would have set another appointment or gave the go ahead to do the work. I think this is my third review and there is always something that goes wrong. They just cant string it together. I think the first time it was waiting 10min. to pay, then it was forgetting to put back my lug nut key and keeping me on hold until the call was disconnected. And now not even calling to say the car is ready or even updating me via text. But to be honest, even if everything went well, I could only give them 4 stars at most. The parking lot is overcrowded with no designated service or parts parking spaces. No designated waiting room. They don't wash and vacuum your car when in for service. They probably need a separate facility for parts and service. More
2/22/21-Do not be fooled by the nice guys routine, took new Ford Explorer ST in for oil change and tire rotation. After 1 1/2 hours told service was done,I had prior curb rash scratches on my front passen new Ford Explorer ST in for oil change and tire rotation. After 1 1/2 hours told service was done,I had prior curb rash scratches on my front passenger rim and found the same rim still in the same location on the vehicle. Spoke with sales manager Anthony Gauldino who went to speak with the service manager whose name i did not get. The sales manager told me he watched the mechanic rotate my tires as I showed him that the same rim was in the same spot. I showed him al the other rims were in excellent condition and the front passenger side was the only one damaged showing that the tires were never removed and rotated. The service manager told me I was lair. I then spoke with the sales manager Gauldino again and he made the mechanic rotate the tires, no apology from the service manager who could have simply said the mechanic forgot to do the tire rotation instead of calling me a liar to my face when the proof was in the evidence that the damaged rim was still in the same spot. Do not trust this dealership, I also while in the waiting area listened as some poor guy with 100,000 miles on his vehicle was being charged over $800 for a set of brake pads, new rotors and a tie rod . the only reason I was using this dealership was because the oil changes were to be of no cost as a new vehicle promotion on a points system. I will not use any Ford dealership again and I will never buy another Ford vehicle again as a result of this incident. More

They seemed good in the beginning and then lied to us twice. OEM is not Ford Motor Craft. Breaks by FMC are $38 on Amazon. However, OEM Ford Lincoln ones $79! They did not put in OEM but instead used cheap xxxx Motor Craft. Now my Livery vehicle is covered in break dust and has to be cleaned everyday and in between customers. This is unacceptable. They refused to change it to what was asked and paid for! Horrible experience. I’ll NEVER go back there. More
