Our buy out transaction was uncomfortable and frustrating. We had an appointment at 2pm. The paper work was not ready for us nor accurate. When the papers were actually ready, after waiting 15 mi frustrating. We had an appointment at 2pm. The paper work was not ready for us nor accurate. When the papers were actually ready, after waiting 15 minutes, your department noticed an incorrect sales tax percentage. It was calculated for Dutchess County instead of Putnam where we clearly live and your dealership also! How can anyone screw that up? Accounting 101. After another 15 minutes, they came back with the copies for us. How long does it take to produce 5 sheets of paper? Understandingly we were leaving the building because it was taking forever. A man came along with new papers and stopped us. "Would you please sign these papers again? We corrected the County" The whole process took 45 minutes where as the initial person told us 10 minutes. I have been doing business with Park Ford for 20 years buying and leasing vehicles. The service dept is prompt and does the job correctly.
