worst service ever!!! Brought my Lincoln in for warranty repair service for three of what I thought would be minor repairs: Sunroof not opening, front parking sensor not wo Brought my Lincoln in for warranty repair service for three of what I thought would be minor repairs: Sunroof not opening, front parking sensor not working and 3rd brake light out. Dropped it off and was told it would be done in time for my vacation which was 1 week away. After numerous lies as to when it would be done, I was given a loaner car for my vacation because they were waiting on parts. Dropped off a Lincoln and was given a Ford Escort. I was also told it would be done, and when I showed up no one was working on the car, it was apart, and the headliner was sitting on top of the seats. 10 days later when the car was picked up, the 3rd brake light was not fixed because I was told I would have to pay for a new back window in order to replace the light! They did manage to fix the sunroof and the front parking sensor. They told my husband the car would be done, and when he went to pick it up it was filthy. They told him to come back the next day or he would have to wait 4 hours for them to clean it. He just took it home and nothing else was said. When I got back from vacation, I looked over the car and noticed that my front windshield looked different! As it turns out, they broke my windshield, and replaced it with an aftermarket windshield without saying a word. They didn't admit to this until after I filed a formal complaint with Lincoln. Lincoln suggested that I find a new dealer. on a final note, I did bring my car back and they detailed it for free, but I now have an aftermarket windshield that does not match any other of my windows with the Lincoln logo. Find another dealer if you need service. Not sure what happened to this dealership but they use to have good service. More

Finding a new car on a tight budget and timeframe This is the third Ford I've gotten through Park Ford; and each experience gets better and easier than the one before. As a younger, single woman, wit This is the third Ford I've gotten through Park Ford; and each experience gets better and easier than the one before. As a younger, single woman, with limited automotive knowledge, I don't particularly enjoy purchasing/getting vehicles serviced. However, every interaction I've had with Park Ford has left me feeling assured that there are some caring and honest people out there. In late August I totaled my Ford Focus, and needed to get a new car, on a tight budget, in a very short timeframe. I put an average of about 25,000 miles/year on my car, so I need something that is reliable, gets good gas mileage, handles well in upstate NY snow (I live a few hours north of Park), can haul all of my climbing, kayaking, triathlon, and camping gear, AND comes in a 5 speed; In other words, I put in a very tall order. Nick searched high and low and had identified a 2014 Ford Fiesta for me that met all of my criteria in under a week. The car arrived via transporter later than was expected and Rob worked with the service and detailing crew to work a little later so that I could pick my car up the night I needed it to travel out of town to West Virginia. I picked up the car around 8:15pm, and Nick was waiting for me with a smile. The car was immaculate, and despite the late hour, Nick walked through all of the features of the car with me. I cannot express how much I love this car- it is perfect for me. In the 5 days I've had it, I've driven it through seven states and I absolutely love it. The fact that Park staff went above and beyond to make this happen for me is the icing on the cake. A truly great team. More

Excellent Experience Purchasing the lease on our 2017 Ford Explorer was very straight forward. Bob Berkman was a pleasure to deal with as well as Anthony Anzalone. When we went to pick up the car they spent a great deal of time going over the features and making us comfortable with our purchase. We have purchased many cars in the past, and when comparing dealerships, this was far and away a superior experience. More
I have had many problems with the dealership They had my car for 2 months when they we're doing warranty work, I brought it back for an additional month as mistakes were made. My exhaust was not They had my car for 2 months when they we're doing warranty work, I brought it back for an additional month as mistakes were made. My exhaust was not lined up with my car and it was slamming into the underside of the car. Filters were written on paper as changed, however the old filter would still be in the car. I had similar issues with my previous car as well. The car came with damage supposed to be fixed by the dealer, but they wanted the cheapest way to get around it and never fixed it. I brought my vcar back to return it two months later as the transmission was going on the truck shortly after my $11,700 purchase. Most recently someone took my car to get gas and hit the curb and took a piece out of my rim. My car door retains water and the battery in my car began to die after the second year of owning the car. The only employee who was kind and thoughtful was rob. I would not recommend this dealer, they enter one person as driving your car when in actuality you don't really know who moved it. I had too many issues with the a brand new car to count. The day we began paperwork for my car it had 17 miles. I come back to purchase car two days later and it has 70 miles on it. $31,000 for a very poorly handled car. I will never get back the money I spent here and am very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for 20 years to get treated poorly. More
