Reply from Jeff Davis Service Manager on 4/11/24 Mr. Abdelmotaal brought his vehicle into the Service Department at Park Ford. The customers complaint was that the car still felt sluggish and has no power in lower gears/speeds. It is fine at highway speeds. The vehicle transmission is not Lurching at the sale proportion as pressing the accelerator pedal. He stated it was a lagging and delay when accelerating. We found the rear differential was binding and had failed internally, which was repaired at that time. The customer stated that he was in no hurry for his car and we could take our time. The assistant Service Manager test drove the customers car to try to duplicate his concern. He did not feel anything abnormal and relayed that to the technician. The Tech drove the car to verify the complaint, he could not verify. The Tech scanned the vehicle for diagnostic trouble codes, none were stored in any module. The Tech checked The Ford Technician Communication tool for any Service Bulletins or special service messages pertaining to the customers concern and there were none found. The Tech went with the customer on a test drive and the customer was complaining that the vehicle does not have enough power on take off. The customer stated that he did some of his own research and thought that the throttle body needed to be cleaned or replaced. We informed the customer we could perform throttle body cleaning but could not guarantee it would change anything. We test drove the customers vehicle several times trying to duplicate his concern but could not get the vehicle to act up. On May 1st. the customer came into Park Ford and was upset because we had his car but never fixed anything. We tried to explain the diagnostic process and if there are no diagnostic trouble codes going on, and if we can't duplicate the concern that there is no way for us to know what is causing his concern. If we were to replace any parts it would just be an educated guess and we could not guarantee it would change anything, that would just be a negative business practice that we do not practice in. He was not happy with our answers did not want to speak with us anymore and just wanted his car back. We returned his vehicle back to him and did not charge him anything for the time we had spent on his vehicle to try to satisfy him.

Mr. Jeff the head of service department in his reply didn’t say the truth about testing the car MANY TIMES cause I can trace the car and I’m sure that they didn’t even start it for 2 weeks since I had a road test with the technician even his respective assistant didn’t touch the car and just came to me to tell me things I can’t accept… even I took the car very very very dirty cause it was on the service parking all that days and when I took it there was a strange thing that the car engine tried to switch off many times… please don’t say things didn’t happen just to wash hands and show that I don’t know anything.
