For this most recent purchase, I was in the middle of a lease agreement and d single time, he has delivered exceptional & personalized service to me. For this most recent purchase, I was in the middle of a lease agreement and due to a medical need, needed to purchase a car to have it modified. I gave Ty the specs I was looking for and within 24 hours he found a car that fit my needs. Even better, they waived my lease termination fee. From start to finish the whole process took 72 hours and I could not be more pleased with the service provided to me. I did previously did a review on how amazing this place was but that was before I saw what they had did, I went in with the intent to purchase a vehicle with the creditor that I was already approved for I was but that was before I saw what they had did, I went in with the intent to purchase a vehicle with the creditor that I was already approved for I had informed them of this though text message and though verbal when I entered the dealership. Ty proceeded to tell me that he had to run my credit for their paper work purposes and I had asked them not to since I was already approved through a lender he told me they just need to get my credit score and verify my credit that they weren’t going to be putting it though their system and attracting my credit with loaner. I then find a few days later when checking my credit report that hybrid had attacked my credit 9 times. I didn’t ask them too I made it a point to clarify that I didn’t want that to happen and Ty Davis informed me that that wouldn’t happen and assured me that it was just for paperwork purposes. I will likely not be returning to buy my future car from this place since they took advantage of a young female just buying her 2nd car. More

I am 170 miles from their dealership and was unsuccessful with multiple calls and emails to my local Ford sales lady (last 3 years bought 3 new vehicles from) when I reached out 1 hour b and was unsuccessful with multiple calls and emails to my local Ford sales lady (last 3 years bought 3 new vehicles from) when I reached out 1 hour before close to Park Ford. I noticed the platinum expedition I wanted online and Ty picked up phone and within 15min close the deal. This was Friday right before closing, suv was delivered to my door (170 miles away) on Monday afternoon by two incredibly nice older gents. Ty followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied.
