Easiest car purchase ever and the nicest staff! We have been waiting for the EcoSport to come out since we first saw it advertised. We went to all the local dealerships to check prices. Park City was the first we visited and after comparing prices and our experiences at the different dealerships, there was no question that we would definitely buy the car from Park City. We first spoke with Jason who sent us over to Jasper. Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took his time and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and very professional. Jennifer helped us through the finance aspect of the deal which can sometimes be very stressful and drawn out. Not so with Jennifer, she was extremely organized, helpful and even ended up getting us a lower rate that we had anticipated. Jason, Jasper and Jennifer were just incredible. We can't say enough positive things about the whole experience! We would highly recommend Park City and would definitely buy another car from them in the future. More

Great overall customer service and knowledge Yesterday I picked up my 2015 Ford Fusion titanium. I worked with Evan Jenn and Jasper. Over all I had an excellent experience. My journey began last Yesterday I picked up my 2015 Ford Fusion titanium. I worked with Evan Jenn and Jasper. Over all I had an excellent experience. My journey began last week when I had stopped by the dealership with my mom and Evan enthusiastically showed me the car and all it’s amazing features. My fiancé and I shortly after put a small deposit down on the car. After submitting my application which Jasper was kind enough to do via email , I was approved . The finance manager Jenn kept in contact with us updating us throughout the entire process conatantly. When my fiancé and I picked up the car, it was washed , detailed, with a full tank of gas, waiting for us in the parking lot! jenn went over the paperwork with me thoroughly , and my car payment was even a little lower than she originally quoted. Evan also shares my affinity for the movie star wars, and laughed when I told him him how I’m naming the car the “millennium falcon” and was impressed that I already had my Han Solo dice ready for the rear view mirror, over all my experience with park city Ford was excellent and I highly recommend this dealership. He is very honest, attentive, knowledgable, makes sure the customer is happy and didn't pressure me. He has given me great deals on both leases. Jasper the salesman was excellent, energetic and very informative. I was impressed with the way he handled my lease step by step. He was very detailed and attentive to my concerns, which they handled right away. Jenn and the finance team were thorough with going over the details of my lease and were very friendly. Excellent experience, will see them again for a Ford F150 next. More

Park City Ford was great with pricing, very patient with me as a picky buyer, and accommodating with my schedule. They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected. More

Poor customer service with sales I went into Park City Ford in Bridgeport looking to buy a car. I new exactly what I wanted and for how much. I sat with a sales associate who told me I went into Park City Ford in Bridgeport looking to buy a car. I new exactly what I wanted and for how much. I sat with a sales associate who told me he would work on my deal and call me with a follow up the next day. I had to call 3 times the next day before I finally heard from him stating he could not give the vehicle I wanted for the price I was asking. Due to making online inquiries on the same vehicle, i received an email from the owner (most likely generic) stating if there was anything the owner could do to contact him directly via email, that of which i did. I have yet to hear back from the owner, its now been 3 days. Terrible way to sell cars. I took my business to another ford and will certainly not recommend this place to any one i know. More
