Where to begin. I love my Jeep and, thankfully, it has been relatively trouble free. I have 2 issues with this dealer. When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor I love my Jeep and, thankfully, it has been relatively trouble free. I have 2 issues with this dealer. When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor what my salesperson said regarding the EV credit on my lease which means they likely kept those dollars for themselves. The other issue has been the service department. There is 100% turnover, often with your advisor, and that means the person who is supposed to follow up often leaves and no one is re-assigned your case. You have to chase them down to find out when your car is ready and best of luck getting anyone on the phone. Now my Jeep is due for its 4th recall in 2 years and I am still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule it. I wasn't expecting Sewell service but I did expect some service. More

I have been a customer here for almost 12 years and I was shocked at the unprofessionalism. Two months ago, my vehicle wouldn't start so, I had it looked at and the battery needed replacing, which they did, shocked at the unprofessionalism. Two months ago, my vehicle wouldn't start so, I had it looked at and the battery needed replacing, which they did, free under warranty. Two days ago it died again. We called and they said no problem here is our towing, give them our name and we will get it squared away. Towing guy gets here, says Chrysler will pay him, no worries, and takes the car. We pick up the car. There is no charge for another new battery on warranty, again. But there is a line for towing, with a PO reference. Before, I had called roadside assistance, not the dealership, but felt since the dealer had just fixed the car, maybe I should call them. I said we were not made aware we would be responsible for towing. Just the opposite. They then informed me that I should have called roadside assistance instead and made sure I had the number. They did not offer this at the time we called earlier. I pushed back more and demanded to see the PO. The PO is less than they are charging me. They make money on every tow into their lot! No wonder they didn't tell me about the charge, it was hidden and up charged. Every time something goes wrong with a fix and we call, they give this number and instant profit. I let the service director know there are laws about that. Hidden fees and false disclosures are illegal. He said have a great day, pay it. Cherry on top, I get in my car, and the vehicle informs me that I need an oil change. More
Set expectations and never delivers on them. Doesn't know what's going on with repairs or statuses. Says he will call you back or update you and never follows back up. Rude and unprofessional. I have a 2018 fiat spider that’s under warranty, the blind spot warning system isn’t working properly and I’ve had the car there for this at least four time and it’s still not fixed. For the last two da blind spot warning system isn’t working properly and I’ve had the car there for this at least four time and it’s still not fixed. For the last two days I’ve been calling your service department and no one is picking up the phone. In the last two days I’ve called fifteen times with no one answering at the service department. Just what kind of operation are you running there. I live in Plano and when I get off work today I will have to drive all the way down there just to find out what the status of my vehicle is. All I want is the thing fixed and it’s still under warranty. Really sick of the big talk about customer service while getting none. More

So we had to do a oil consumption test and to come back at 1500 miles and to be told by someone else that was on the same team as Ryan that they wouldn’t hold up their deal which if the oil in the jeep ren at 1500 miles and to be told by someone else that was on the same team as Ryan that they wouldn’t hold up their deal which if the oil in the jeep renegade we have wasn’t leaking we would get a new engine. Same problem, same issues we told the team…I would like a manager to reach out to me. My account is with y’all with a jeep renegade 2015 by the way Ryan was very good but to be lie to is another issue. More
