Terrible experience My husband and I both have jeeps. We bought a brand new 2017 grand cherokee from this location. We drove away with his new jeep at 9pm when it was dark out and by 5 in the morning we noticed a small dent in the bumper along with a chip. We contacted them and they would do nothing for us. Then a couple months later We both needed work done so we brought them in the same day. They would not give us a car. My husband got an oil change and I had my sunroof resealed. After the oil change all of the settings in his car were cleared out and some of them when trying to re program no longer work at all. When driving away I noticed a crack in my windshield, but had somewhere to be so I could not turn around to show them. I believe they cracked it when they were working on my sun roof. Also my sunroof makes a noise now when im driving down the highway which makes me believe that they might have made it worse. Getting a hold of the service manager has been awful. I would not go back here. More
Service area needs help! Brought my 2015 200 in for a warranty repair and was told the part was on back order and was put on a list for the part when it came in. I waited patiently for 2 months before I started calling. Was told by the service manager over and over they still didn't have it. Finally called and told them they needed to fix it soon as I can not continue without having my car. Still took another 3 months before I was able to get it in and fixed. 5 months without my car. When I went in I was told they have had a bunch in stock by one of the advisors. More
Small things go a long way I bought my Jeep elsewhere I'm sorry to say, but Park didn't have what I was looking for (not their fault, I'm picky) The dealership I bought from I bought my Jeep elsewhere I'm sorry to say, but Park didn't have what I was looking for (not their fault, I'm picky) The dealership I bought from gave me 1 key, and it was literally a 99 cent key from Wal-Mart. I tried buying a key online, and it still wasn't what I was looking for. After 2 weeks of hunting, I just stopped into Park Chrysler and talked to a gentlemen in the parts department. He grabbed one out of the back, and, behold! It was exactly what I was looking for. He told me it would be $26.00 including cutting it. So I handed him my cheap little plastic key and he said "Oh no, we don't copy, we only cut from VIN" That was music to my ears! I had to make sure it didn't cost extra, and he said "Nope, it's part of it." When he went to invoice it, it actually rang up as $18.00. Even better! If this is how they treat a guy who is only spending $20 bucks, I can't imagine how they would treat me if I were spending 15 grand. I'm sorry I didn't buy my Wrangler at Park, but my house is a Jeep Family, so we will be back soon, and certainly for more than a key! More

No call No Update from Service I made an appointment for a check engine light on my '16 Durango for 10:30 (6/7), left the vehicle the night before and noted in the envelope would li I made an appointment for a check engine light on my '16 Durango for 10:30 (6/7), left the vehicle the night before and noted in the envelope would like the vehicle in the PM. Never heard from service on the progress, what they found, determined was the cause of the light, etc. I called and talked to the operator after 6p and she was not able to tell me anything but Service was closed and they were gone for the day. I asked to speak to a manager, but got the same answer. Decided to stop in and was met by Paul Peterson, nice and helpful. I asked to speak to the GM or Sales Manager. I them met Duane. Very nice, very helpful and he found the ppwk, the keys and where it was parked. He brought me the vehicle, apologized for his colleagues in service and said I should expect a call explaining what they found, did and why I was not kept updated. It is 10:30 and I have not yet been contacted by Service. Called in myself and get voicemail vs. advisor. Now, writing a review. My whole issue is the lack of notice from the service team. If they planned to keep it longer than a day, would have been nice to just received a call. Pick up the phone and call to say we got your Durango in, looked at it, think we have it fixed, but need it here overnight. Would have been totally fine with it. I had another issue awhile back with my 2001 Dodge Durango I had in for service that I met with Mike Choe about. Otherwise been satisfied with Express Lube and work they did on my 300C. Just a phone call!! More

Extremely exceptional receptionist I called around almost every jeep dealer searching for a specific part for my XJ with short responces and crabby people. I called your location and Ka I called around almost every jeep dealer searching for a specific part for my XJ with short responces and crabby people. I called your location and Katelyn Rose Miell far exceeded any expectations in customer service that I ever expected. In fact, I have not come across any individual in any business that went as far as she did in assisting me. She called me back three separate times and called other dealers for me and went above and beyond. She without a doubt deserves a raise and you guys should do anything you can to keep someone like this around. I was so happy that I wrote a review for the first time ever. Thanks again!! More
We came in to get extended warrenty on 3 year old, Chrysler. ended up at end of day with a new Chrysler, instead!! We talked, took rides in new ones, talked, Norm found what we wanted, and let us tal Chrysler. ended up at end of day with a new Chrysler, instead!! We talked, took rides in new ones, talked, Norm found what we wanted, and let us talk, no one was pushy, very friendly, informitive, we talked and dicided we would be better off with the new one than a new warrenty on the old one. Norm, we love the red, finding new toys every trip, learning to use them, this is what we wanted 3 years ago, but got pushed into wrong one, we love it.
